Have Questions?
Frequently Asked
Questions
How long does it take to get set up?
As soon as you submit the documentation requested above, we can have you on the road the next day!
Is it possible to change my start date/schedule?
We always consider it a top priority to work with your schedule and lifestyle to get the lanes that best suit you. Want to be home for Christmas but want to get that New Year’s rate jump? We got you. Looking to get a morning short lane that can add $350-400 on your typical day? Light work. Or you’ve got a 9-5 and just want some weekend work? Nothing we can’t do.
Tell me more about your cancellation/ contracted work policy.
There is absolutely no penalty for cancellation, plus if you have contracted lanes and just want us to find you backhauls on a Tuesday and Thursday, or your typical dispatcher doesn’t work weekends, we fill in the schedule when you want us to.
How does the billing process work?
All billing will be processed through factoring companies or the brokerage from which we acquire the load. We will be invoicing you directly at the end of the week for a small percentage of any loads we booked on your behalf.
What is the process for layover, detention, and TONU’s?
We all know how you get screwed on a TONU, the broker sends you the rate confirmation but won’t send you the driver’s instructions/ allow you to start heading towards pickup. Because when they’re booking us.. they don’t even have the load yet! THEN they reach out to the customer and verify their rate is okay. After 10+ years in this industry, we can gut-check these types of brokers much more efficiently than your typical dispatch. This industry experience translates to more money in your pocket at the end of each week!
What other benefits are there working with you?
We understand this: We NEED YOU. When we start working together we’ll make it a priority to help you and your business grow, from hiring additional drivers to finding funding for another truck. We work to help you grow because we know, we grow when you grow! We also have a savings account that we add into, from OUR percentage on every load you run. That will be distributed directly to you at the end of each year.
